If you love something please email through the feedback link on the lot and you could have it today **PLEASE CLEAR YOUR CACHE/BROWSING HISTORY/COOKIES IF YOU ARE HAVING DIFFICULTY LOGGING ON** Payment by direct deposit into the trust account is preferred- details are on invoices, card payments are still available (1.5% for credit but no surcharge for cheque or savings) cash will be accepted if no other option is available. The only payment options for overseas bidders are Paypal Friends and Family or Bank Deposit/Wire transfer. No credit card payments will be accepted from international bidders. Invoices will be emailed out to winning bidders on the morning after the auction at around 10.30am, please check your spam folder if you can't see an invoice! If you are the highest bidder but the item is not on your invoice, the item may have a reserve. The item may be sold at the auctioneer's discretion to any buyer after the auction closes if the item did not reach reserve so if you really want something, get in quick! New lots are added daily as they come in, and viewing is welcomed during opening hours. If you need your items posted, invoices need to be paid for before postage costs are calculated, these costs will then be added to your invoice. By requesting Tullochs to ship your items you are agreeing to the standard terms and conditions of the shipping service (eg Australia Post or Sendle) and all their disclaimers apply. Please be aware that if you need to arrange a carrier for items that cannot be posted, packing is the responsibility of your carrier. Auction Terms & Conditions Terms & Conditions Conditions of Sale The highest bidder shall be the purchaser but in the event of any dispute arising between two or more bidders the ultimate purchaser may be determined by the Auctioneer, whose decision shall be final or he may put up the lot or lots again. The Vendors shall have the right to bid either by the Auctioneer or their Agents for any lot offered. The Auctioneer may, without giving reason, refuse to accept the bid of any person or persons, and may decline the offer for any lot or withdraw any lot or lots at any time. Immediately after the fall of the hammer the buyer shall, if requested by the Auctioneer, pay a deposit of not less than 10 percent of the purchase price of the lot and any further deposits when requested. The whole of the lots having been available for inspection, no allowances or refunds will be made nor will any buyer be permitted to reject any lot on the ground that it is not correctly described, the said lots are to be taken with all faults (if any) and will be at the buyer’s risk on fall of the hammer and thereafter the vendor and auctioneer will be free of all responsibility for safe guarding the goods and will not be liable for any loss of or responsibility to the goods whether such loss or damage is caused or contributed to by any act, neglect, or default of the Vendor, its servants, employees or agents. Motor vehicles are assessed by visual inspection only, no mechanical testing is undertaken and the vehicles are not started or driven for assessment purposes unless otherwise stated. Any deficiency in the quality described shall not vitiate the sale but neither the Vendor nor the Auctioneers shall be accountable for any deficiency, damage or loss which arise thereafter. In the event of non-compliance with any of the above Terms and Conditions, all monies paid by the Purchaser shall be absolutely forfeited and the goods purchased may be sold, either by Public Auction or Private Contract, without notification at the risk and expense of the former purchaser who shall be liable for any deficiency which may arise together with all costs and charges, but shall be entitled to any profit which may accrue from such resale. The Auctioneer is selling as agent for the respective owners of all lots. Payment Terms
Payment for items is required strictly within 2 business days of date of Tax Invoice. This is to ensure timely payment of net proceeds to vendors whilst complying with trust accounting legislation. All invoices not generated on auction day will be emailed to successful bidders. If an email address cannot be supplied you will need to contact us, but not before 1pm Thursday. Payment can be made in cash, by eftpos transaction, direct deposit into the Tullochs Auctions Trust Account (please quote invoice numbers as reference), or by credit card over the phone or email (Visa and MasterCard accepted and incur a surcharge of 1.5%).
